Singapore Tops 2026 Global Passport Power Ranking
The Singaporean passport ranked first in the 2026 global passport index issued by Henley & Partners, granting its holders visa-free access to 192 destinations worldwide.
It outperformed Japan and South Korea, which tied for second place with access to 188 destinations each.
The ranking reflects the level of travel freedom enjoyed by citizens as well as the strength of countries’ diplomatic and economic relations.
Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland followed with access to 186 destinations without prior visas.
Migration experts note that Singapore’s leading position is linked to its open policies and extensive travel agreements, reinforcing its status as a global hub for business and investment.
